On en boirait des litres, le raisin s'est fondu dans le lambic, ca amène un côté frais et jus de raisin, finale sur le bois, très bien équilibrée. C'est bon.

Nieuw bier met het bekende logo, deze is erg fijn. Letterlijk en figuurlijk. Erg licht maar de smaak stelt zeker niet teleur. Dit zou een perfecte start zijn van een diner, als amuse.

👃 Notes de fruits rouges (framboise?), boisé, oxidation ? 👅 Raison rouge, fraise (des bois?) pointe d'acidité, notes terreuses, légère astringence.

Vinous, spicy, stem notes in the nose. Red currant, slight dryness, fruity pallet. Fades fast. Hunt grassyness. Bright and fruity. Nice
