This is lovely. I feel like there's a bit more interesting fermentation stuff going on here, so I reckon those port barrels had some fun activity going on in them. Paid a fair bit for this bottle - not sure I would again, but very much enjoyed this glass!

Unfathomable. Quite possible the best lambic I’ve ever had. Words cannot describe. What a way to see out the year!

Very sweet and smooth. Well rounded and really subtle. Very good. Small hints of fruit and sour. Superb.

Really get the port barrel raisin and plum notes. Caramel and some moderate wood and baked bread. Way different than most Cantillon and it’s delightful

Dry, smooth, woody, vinous. The port barrel does an awesome job.

Aroma is shy: some nutty sweetness from the Port barrel with a hint of lemon juice. Initial flavour amplifies that and brings in the Cantillon funk without the acetic quality. Balanced and drinkable. Reasonable carb. Dry, vinous, woody, nutty finish. Wow.

nez: on retrouve très legeremebt le cote rond du porto; bouche: pas d'explosion acide c'est même très doux, boise avec la barrique Porto qui amene de la douceur peur être trop. Il faut attendre le final pour percevoir un peu le Porto. Un peu déçu

Nez suptile de Porto. Bouche pareil suptilité du Porto mais pas hyper présente un peu tourbé fruité mais légère en bouche. Une bonne gueuze quand même mais pas de folie
