Feb 12 bottling. Let warm, tastes develop with temp. Nice mellow funk, lots of apple/cider notes, barrel is present yet subtle. Really just a treat.

FLW - totaal vergeten in te checken. Ontzettend goed. Droog, fris, zuur, ontzetten lekker in dit weer. Lichte port/hout smaak op de achtergrond. Beetje richting pruimen?

Ça a été une journée assez epic en terme de qualité de bières. Ça ça met le clou dans le cercueil de la perfection. 1500ème en plus! Le fût de porto rend cette bière tellement complexe et facile à boire à la fois. Du niveau de 50N pour moi.
