Tydelig aroma av tørr portvin. Denne fortsetter i smak, med fatsmakene over klassisk gueuze. Drikkes mot 50N og Special gueuze.

Une gueuze bien funky de Cantillon à laquelle s'ajoute de subtils arômes de sherry (ou porto, certes). Ça ajoute vraiment une dimensionalité mais la gueuze reste sur le devant. Et contrairement aux Zenne, c'est très peu acide. J'adore.

Encore 5. God damn que c’est bon ça. Ça kick avec l’arrière goût de sirop d’érable mais sans le sucre ou toffee sans le sucre.

Bue avant de partir pour fêter les vacances ! Un vrai régal, funk, barrique, acidité très douce, yummy… j’ai encore une bouteille a vieillir…
