Lambiczoon 9th birthday. Uno schiaffone acido in faccia. La birra acida più intensa che ho provato, ti asciuga l'anima. In bocca anche sentori di limone.

Zwanze 2022. Le chat cute pas très friendly. La brab en fût était ok mais pas comme certaine bouteille. C’est pas la brab 5/5 que j’ai déjà bu. Se boit bien quand même.

Le raisin s'exprime plus en finale, durant la longeur en bouche qui tient longtemps. Tres boisé.

This is just so good. Sweet port and wood in the aroma. A wonderfully balanced musty Cantillon gueuze underneath. Some citrus but without the acidity. LPG level. Thought I had stocked up pretty well but I think I’m gonna have to seek out more haha

17 avril. Moeder Fontainas. Pas de photo alors on met le départ de Francis avec sa poche de lambic très bien sécurisée. C’était le fun ton 48 hrs en Belgique! La Brab en fût ça le fait.

Funky and fruity, reminiscent of dry white wine. Musty woody coating. Fresh. Balanced. (Biased)

Massive white head that lasts. Nose has a lovely old-woody faintly smoky-cheese quality, with suggestions of wine below the more prominent mature funk. Very nice. Sharp finish.
