Nez: cerise, lambic; bouche: brlle acifite en attaque avec la cerise qui s'exprime très rapidement et qui dure longtemps jusqu'au finale. C'est fruite juste comme il faut pour be pas etre trop acide

Keurig spul. De kersen zitten er in exact de juiste dosering in. Het zuurtje van de krieken wordt licht aangezet door wrange tonen. Eerst zacht en fruitig. Snel daarna volgt het zuur subtiel. De balans is waanzinnig.

Évolution assez folle de ce lambic. Équilibre bluffant entre la cerise sur mâturée, presque confiturée et les épices, cannelle, poivre, vanille... Pas loin d'être OVNI, génial. 4,6

Revisiting this bottle after three years and it's better than before.

4.60. Very balanced and clean body. Creamy, cinnamon and a little bit woody. Low acidity. Slightly metallic. The problem is a short aftertaste. Kinda sad cannot do a vertical tasting, but this is my second favorite vintage so far.
