This was the final bottle at the brewery, I remember it being well layered and fairly complex with some smokiness/earthiness on top of a tarty sour base.

Big sherry/barrel note on the nose. Honey sweetness. Very good.

Fruity smooth nose. The beer starts extremely fruity with a fantastic sour mild back. Fruity mild, tart like dry pears or apricots. Fruity tart dry finish. Great stuff

Took a while (like an hour) for the proper character of this to arrive for me. As with Sophia/Drogone, the white variant brings a lot more interesting complex funk character than the red. At the end I really like this, although I prefer Sophia.

Owocki super, przyjemna dawka octu, czuć pestki, fajna kontra goryczki, bardzo tart. Podoba mi się zdecydowana wytrawność tego piwa. 4.4 Pite w Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fá, którego z jakiegoś powodu nie da się oznaczyć.

LCI. Clairement qu'on espérait voir des bières avec relation Jura dans le Jura. 1er soir, Château de Germigney (Maison Jeunet) on n'avait pas le choix de se faire une petite LVEB. Très bonne mais c'est certain qu'en comparaison des vins, c'est pas pareil

Cantillon La Vie. Full bodied lambic with lot's of barrel character. Super complex dried fruits, stonefruits, white grapes. Everything we love!
