Tart, sour, surprisingly sweet. Vinous grapes, honey, dried apricots, dry wood, a bit of herbality. Fortified wine vibes, desserty. Rich, complex, lovely.

刚开瓶时酸味尖锐,回味有淡淡波特酒的蜜枣焦糖等味道(没喝过Vin Jaune),在之前三泉的22年批次zyf中有类似的体验,但zyf的前段相较这瓶更复杂。回温一段时间后,后半瓶闻香能明显感到黄酒与桶的味道变重,非常复杂,各种气味交杂的感受,此时的体验要胜过zyf。

Very flavoursome throughout - tart / vinous / VJ barrel profile is the big hit here with a rich citrus base lambic, mild funk, nutty notes, some lingering acidity, elegant and delicious

4.55. “The rice Savarin” In the classic “Cantarelli” version, with pickled tongue, Parmigiano Reggiano risotto and porcini mushroom ragù with small meatballs. The risotto works quite well with the beer. The beef tongue doesn't.
