LCI. Degustatiemiddag in Chateau Besoyen. Martin D. nam deze bad boy mee. Gebrouwen met pepers uit Congo. Très bien! Wel het aroma en de smaak van peper, maar niet het scherpe, branderige. Ik proefde ook wat citrus en iets dat me deed denken aan salie.

Eerste tuinbier van het jaar. Hele mooie nieuwe Cantillon. Zwarte (Gorilla) peper heel duidelijk aanwezig in de neus. Het bier zelf is meer bloemig met lichte pepersmaak in de afdronk. Prachtig in balans.

LCI. Oeeh heftige eerste indruk dankzkj die zwarte peper maar eenmaal dat je hem proeft is ie zo mooi gebalanceerd. Link met puree en nootmuskaat maar de zwarte peper heerst. Aangename warmte en triggert.. blijft zeer mooi hangen

Parfaite pour finir ce share légendaire ! Au nez on sent définitivement la présence du poivre que je trouve plus discrète en bouche. C’est normal avec 20% de lambic en plus que dans la recette de la Zwanze. J’adore vraiment cette version ! 👌😘🇧🇪🍺
