Pink pepper, sweetish. Funky sourish, bit spicy. More peppery in the aftertaste, extinguishing, soft funkyness with a little burning finish. Great one, love the balance.

胡椒的添加带来了香料特有的热感，有姜啤的感觉，但味道更鲜活精致，这归功于发酵带来的复杂风味。可惜当时已经喝了太多。 其实姜啤比无酒精啤酒好得多，可以作为啤酒的代品。所谓无酒精啤酒，都是剥去了血肉的骷髅罢了。

Indeed nice, even though the final recipe is not exactly the same this one seems like the old zwanze is growing, with the special pepper not more extreme on a simple black pepper note, but giving some good floral and orange peel notes. 4.35

I'm sorry but I hope we got an off bottle. This is just (almost) as soapy as the orange zwanze. Like buying into lavender. Expected to love this :/

Finally tasting this. Intense Szechuan pepper. Lots of black pepper but not invasive spiciness and mixed with floral notes. Very good lambic taste under the surface. Tart afterwards. 4.40
