Probably one of the most intense red grape varieties I’ve had. Leaning towards wine territory with the vinous qualities and the tannic structure. Interesting and lots of fun.

Great already. Love the aroma and flavours imparted by the barrels.

4.4 Same vein as Saint lamvinus is my first impression. Vanilled oak in the aroma along with jammy red grape and forrest floor berries, some green leaf or tannic aspects as well. Very drinkable and easy to love.

Slow sipper.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Colossus sand
Holder stadig.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Brut Bxl Beerfest V.2022 sand
Quite intense with a quite pronounced balsamic vinegar note rather than a spirit driven or oaky one. Acidity is pretty high. Soft carbonation. 4.15

The least grapey of the white grape loons, basta. Funky gueuze qualities coming through with leather, funk, vanilla and spice. Settles and becomes a little less ‘fresh’ consequently showing more wine qualities with peppery sweetness, honey and orange wine

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2013) sand
Amazing aroma of cheese and gentle oak. Whiffs of dry sherry even, old books. Wow. Gentle mousse , sweetness ripe stone fruits and Cantillon funk. You can taste the brewery - gets spicier and eventually mineral and bitter even in the finish. Great bottle!

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019) sand
Very very sour. Brewery profile is lost in the acidity. 3.8

Den her øl holder.

Mosaic dufter bare så godt. Fantastisk næse. Lille smule lav karbonering. Ellers damn nice.

Super duper quaffable. Flere af dem!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2004) sand
Very crisp and sharp initially with both citric and lactic acidity on full blast. Stone fruits and even faint notes of rhubarb and strawberry. Gets then more and more funky and dry with traditional musty notes. Not a lot but enough to counter the acidity.

Perfectly balanced and great barrel character. #BiL

Insanely aromatic. Raspberry still pops big time. This was an exciting beer even though acidity was too high for my liking.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Colossus sand
Dejligt vådt Bourbon fad, mørke, tørrede frugter, læder i næsen, måske lidt Rom/rosin. Boozy, krydret og varmende. Jeg elsker den her øl. 4.4 i dag.

Soft and funky like an OG A&G. Holding up very very well. Can easily keep.

4.4 EZ

4.3 Fruit profile is elegantly mineral, dry, tannic and the beer shines through here - great funk and dusty cellar notes.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 109 Mono Blend sand
4.1-4.2 virkelig nice 3F anno 2010 agtig funk i aromaen. Mere, Boon agtig i smagen. Frisk, let, mineralitet og en anelse sødme.

Moeder Lambic April 9th. Super fruity version at 2 month old since bottling. Still funky, orange wine like but fresh and vinous. Sharp, citric and slight oxidative. 4.38

4.35 Very dark and very punchy in the nose. All on bark blue and black berries, mineral children’s vitamin pills. Getting very drying in the aftertaste. Liking it lots.

4.3 great beer. Don’t be afraid of the smoked malts. It is vey subdued. Tastes like a beautiful gueuze

Lambic Haute Densité (2019) sand
This is the best still lambic I’ve had. Initially there is a huge Vin Jaune quality to the aroma. Balsamic vinegar but delicately, caramel, old lambic. In the mouth it’s totally flat but it is very oily, coating and the depth of the lambic is insane. Love

Funkier than most other white grape variants from Cantillon. More carbonation too. Damn good

One to really split the crowd I think. Very powerful with the grape and spice. Perfumy and rich..

CLAC! (Trois Cépages) (2019) sand
Vinous red currant and a hint of raspberry to describe the grape aroma. A little almond and maybe brie… The taste packs quite the red fruit punch. Wow liking it a lot. Very quaffable.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie es Belge sand
Rich aroma of walnut and raisins, spice and even a hint of meaty-ness in the nose, curry leaf.. cheese too. Creamy and coating on the palate, super intense with clear Vin Jaune vibes. Rather high acidity. Love it!

Definitely sweet Gewürztraminer and quite powerful in the beginning. Gets softer and softer. Crisp, citrus soft suds.

4.4 very compact grape profile here. Vinous, lightly drying, full red and blue forrest berries. Mineral, mildly lactic. Mouthwatering.

Elderflower, floral, Smokey phenols that fade, and with a pilsner malt element, antique books, cigar box. Taste is mildly sweet, perfumy grape. Very interesting. 4.3

🙌 Godt skruet sammen!

Dåsekunsten når nye højder her.
Klart bedste CAN til dato. #vejgaardvinhandel ✌️

Old school impy aroma with hints of barrel. Roasty, malty, licorice and dark chocolate. Barrel adds some sweetness and depth which is nice. Would’ve liked even more fudge and bourbon. Mouthfeel is pretty much perfect though. Great things to come @Bad Seed

Nice funk, sweetness, leather, eraser, cheese in the aroma. Relatively sour with good tinned fruits, and a building bitterness. Minimal perlage, oily mouthfeel. Looking forward to trying this in the future.

Herbal, even a little menthol and then the grapes which are dry and slightly tannic. Perfumed fruit character in the cranberry territory.. very interesting and super enjoyable.

Fantastiske ‘Dark fruit’ kvaliteter og balanceret hele vejen igennem. Flot, flot øl.
Big n malty with a fair amount of roast. Along with the bitterness from the hops the aftertaste gets too bitter for my liking considering it’s an English style BW. Mouthfeel is great though. Less bitter hops and a barrel and you got yourself a winner

A beast of an adambier. Rich malty character with a touch of smoke and a fruity yeast element. Rye, figs and sweet licorice along with some yeasty phenols. Gets sweeter with time and warmth which is beautiful. Like it lots

You’ll like it 👌 4.15 Bitterness is a bit high but this was just released so a few weeks may tone it down a bit. Still drinking great already though. And that can art, daaaaaaayum
