Classic Gueuze (2010) Georgiev
Really enjoying the depth of aged Cantillon. Acidity levels here are up, very nicely complemented by musty aromas and slightly oxidative flavors of prunes and raisins. Dry finish!

Lci @moeder - lots of initial carb, opens up with time as it was quite cold but certainly less aromatic than a fresh one, lambic has started to take over

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Georgiev
Lci spontaneous popping a bottle on Saturday night with the biggest USG fan I know. Beers a bit too acidic and hoppy - will leave a bottle for a vertical in some years

Nice twist, honey sweetness and light phenols but not peppery and carb isn’t on the very high end

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Georgiev
Business trips are great when you can grab a sneaky Cantillon lambic. This 06 march batch is still super full of fruity flavors, a bit too undeveloped on the nose but compensating with mouthfeel. Good stuff Łodź

Cantillo Cuvée Des Champions (2021) Georgiev
Good foam retention. Fresh, hoppy and tart, zesty and with plums aftertaste due to the dry hop addition (Bramling Cross, instead of traditionally used Hallertau in this Cuvée)

Amazing bouquet of elderflower!!!! Quite acidic again for my taste at first but really nice as it opens up 20min after. Better drink it warmer, 14degrees, to get more aromas

Lou Pepe Kriek (2018) Georgiev
The good stuff!! This Lpk is so much blasting with flavors, havent tried something that much like marzipan as a predominant flavor. Ranks up there with some of my other fav krieks (robijn, hanssens, de troch) - in terms of intensity*

Classic Gueuze (2008) Georgiev
"Life is simple." Nothing better than a well-aged geuze (about 13 years). Loooots of delicate but oh so present dried fruit flavors. Complex and dry. Age your geuzes people

Appears developed in the bottle for almost 3 years now. Musty horseblanket. Oaky sweetness and still quite full bodied. Can someone tell what’s the difference between this and the ordinary Cantillon Gueuze?

Young foufoune is always a pleasure. Mild sourness and lots of apricots on the nose, as well as the aftertaste. Paired with chicory gratin with comte and ham - for an explosion of flavors - earthy from the plants & similar to apricot notes from the comte

Havent tried a grape lambic that dry to date. This is good stuff. 2019 keg
