LCI probably my last favourite cantillon to date, too briney, iodine flavour a slightly medicinal. Got better as it warmed up, a week balanced beer but not my cup of tea

Heel uitgesproken in de neus. Niet men ding. Komt hard binnen. Na wat wennen durven proeven. De zee, ziltig, zeewier. Beter qua smaak dan in de neus maar niet men favoriete zwanze

Zwanze 2024 ... Its okish (not bad at all), earthy, salty, pickle brine, funky. Got better as it warmed up.

Cantinollación. Maki sushi pero en cerveza. Y en vez de maguro, lúpulo. Ha mejorado en una semana. No le hace falta wasabi. Yodo contenido. Menos salina. Menos caldo de aceituna. Más equilibrada. ¿Valoramos la cerveza o el momento y sensaciones?

Unique. Definitely smell and taste the seaweed. Lightly sweet

Smell: weird and a tas offsetting. Taste is herby and ends in some earthiness. Overall a fishy but decent executed experiment

Happy bel8ed Zwanze. Je comprends qu’elle n’a pas été très apprécié des autres. Pour ma part c’était bien, petit côté sucré/salé qui ne me déplait pas. Tcheers.

Copenhague. On arrête au Himmeriget voir ce qu’il y a. C’est quoi les chances de tomber sur Mike le Queb (qui est maintenant proprio) et il reste encore de la Zwanze. Je l’ai encore mieux aimé parce que l’acidité était + présente que la 1ere fois.

Really interesting with the notes from the seaweed. We did not know what was in it but were pleasantly surprised by the flavor.

About to depart to London, but just have enough time for a quick taste of this year’s Zwanze. Really smells like oysters, the flavour more towards lemon, and bit of apple juice in terms of mouthfeel. Fun!

Light iodine indeed, oysterjuice, still nice ripe fruity pineapple? Pommygranate, sumak? Delicious! Inspiring beer for chefs I think.

Nie chcę być inaczej… banan. Gdy pije się na spokojnie kwasowość jest wyraźniejsza, cytrusy, sól morska, może jest nieco tego umami z wodorostów. Posmak ostrygi. No ale dominuje banan, multiwitamina.

Proiezione verso l'oceano atlantico, dove la predominante acida lascia spazio a sentori marini con finale leggermente amarognolo. Ovviamente lontano dal mondo Cantillon classico. Grazie per la condivisione alla miss Colorado🇺🇲

Nez de coquillages 🐚 très marin, bouche plus ronde vineuse avec des pointes de gentiane amères mais salines sur le temps long. Originale 🇮🇳 et niablement !

Had to get a third of this at an extortionate price. The beer is fantastic, almost a cider edge with clear apples balancing the lambic funk. Beer is ace, bar is ace, glassware is horrific for this style. Cheers
