Still some tyres, more hay, quite acidic, still very woody, good. A little hard to drink.

Erzbierschof stash. Old, oxidation. Sour, leathery earth. Wood, tannins. Not gentle.

Fantastic but it has soured quite a bit which worsens the experience.

Amazing aroma. Cork was in surprisingly good condition. Had soured slightly, but grows on you over time. Light funk. Good stuff - but not overwhelmingly better than the fresh version.

Heavy acidity, grapfruit pith and herbal hops / bitterness, flat as it gets, lovely drink but damn it is so sour, thanks De C.

LC 3/12 - What a treat to try; impressed that with 15+ years this still has no carb - still to the end! This is minerally, super barnyard and blue cheese forward, with a sharp acidity in back. Unfortunately not quite my jam these day, but fun to try.

Completely still, with a good amount of acidity. Blue cheese, horse blanket, barn floor, a little sweetness.

Assorted cheeses - pickles - chutneys - jams - sourdough - miso butter Combo works perfectly. Aged bruscella is the shit! Musty, dunnage warehouse, leather, buttery

Extraordinarily fruity mostly on nectarine and other stone fruits but without any sweetness. Pretty sour at this point and mineral too, no funk or dusty malty notes at all. Amazing how fruity this was. Had the acidity only been a little less assertive.

This was a funky and almost wine like beer, it laquoured my gob like a goodun, tart yet still sweet in touches
