It has now been given time. Must agree, improved with age. Aroma of almost yellow stone fruited spontaneous beer with a hint of acetone. Sweeter and way lighter than Bruocsella. Body and carbonation more up my valley. Laid back brettiness. Wonderful.

Nose has loads and loads of minerals with a hint of Cantillon funk. Flavour is almost carbo-less driven with some minerals, apples, funk, some Brandy... decent but expected more!

Trochę drewniany, taki płaski aromat. W smaku się więcej dzieje trochę drewienka, dużo słodyczy, kwaśne, nawet trochę octowe. Mało przyjemne w sumie. Dużo lepiej zapamiętałem.

Murky, softer, one-dimensional when compared with the 2020 version. Some enjoyable funk, but lacking depth overall

The sad lack of carb really affected the experience of this one. Nothing really to push through the flavours through the palate.

Oj ocecik, nie jakoś dużo ale jest. Cholera wie ile tego brandy tu czuć, ale szału nie robi.

Super young still, could use some age to get that nice Cantillon funk going. Definitely hold onto this for a year or two if you have one. The brandy barrel made it extra smooth, and super tasty, but missing that funkiness.

Not sure that the brandy barrel character really leaps off the palate here, but it still has the classic Belgian farmhouse nose in full effect, with a hugely funky but dry palate, and a smooth, mildly tart finish. Simply delicious!

Not a ton of brandy, but just the right amount of funk with a slightly tart finish. Also picking up some floral notes. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing David C.

Very little carb, cork was leaking :( good brandy presence but lambic is unremarkable. Im sure this is just an off bottle

Jaw dropping. Sooo funky. Little sweetness from the brandy but it’s mostly the signature Cantillon gym sock profile that I love
