Nez betterave bouche acidité betterave, vraiment génial comment la betterave est présente en longueur. Très douce sur la durée mais bien acide en attaque !

Happy Zwanze everyone! Aroma is very earthy, beetrooty. Beetroot is everywhere on the palate, tart, red fruits, slightly vinegary almost too sharp. Balance is however amazing and the beer is very unique.

Funky, beetroot, acidity, berries nose. Flavor is sour, tarty, fruity, mild to high carbonation, balanced. Bravo les gars!

Happy Zwanze Day 2020. Fantastic and original beer. I'm not a huge beetroot fan bit still enjoyed this.

Jednak rozczarowanie. Barszcz w proszku i octowość. Ziemistość na plus. W porównaniu z mikkellerowym spontanem z burakiem to wypada słabo.

Fairly young lambic aroma, the beetroot giving an earthy sweerness; on the palate beetroot sweetness upfront, followed by an earthy, bitter funk and very dry finish. Quite tannic, moderate acidity.
