This was absolutely beautiful, might be my favorite beer this year, right before Chardonnay. Still needs a little time but the orange wine character from the macerated grape is shining amazingly here, lots of juicy citrus and almond, smooth vinous. Love!!

Sour. Grapey earthy taste, with tarty citrusy tones. Herbal traces. Fine balance. (Slightly biased)

Initial herbal and reductive nose. Opens up beautifully. Zesty bitterness, bright citrus, candied peaches, deep grape character, bright but balanced acidity.

Utrolig - også druen. Let Taninn og Hård kaboneret. Dufter (og smager) præcis som smagen af vinduekerne, uden at være bæsk. Har godt af at stå lidt, bliver lidt mere fed og fyldig. Endnu en øl der smager lige fantastisk varm eller kold. Virkelig sublim.

If there was a perfect beer this is it! Vinous, fine bubbles, cantillon funk, stone fruit radikon syrup sweetnees. On the nose fresh italian herbs/cracked pepper.When your favorite italian winery meets your favorite beer only great things can happen!

Очень необычное на запах и вкус, ни на что не похоже. Интересный привкус. Горечи нет кислее других пожалуй, но не очень сильно кислее. Как будто концентрированный вкус вина, но без винной горечи и кислоты. Освежающее и питкое.

Ho.ly. Shit. Very different from 2021 racine and, quite honestly, even better. Same watermelon jolly rancher vibes as Trousseau. So insanely vibrant. This is absolutely perfect right now.

This and chardonnay are just incredible. While young the orange wine notes just pop. Its tannic, dry, medium tart and relatively low in acditiy. Mineraly, and only the lambic is a bit weak. Other wise a real treat. Hopefully Jean releases it soon!

2 year old lambic blended with Chardonnay, Tokay and Sauv Blanc grape pomace. Potent prunus cerasifera - джанка - aroma, lots of grape-skin, v pleasant mouthfeel - thanks Bart D. !
