Really exceptional: the flavor of old lambic, with extra oak, but then refermented so that it's actually got some carbonation. Delicious.

No millest me räägime, loomulikult super. Väga hea mahlasus, kamaluga mineraalsust, hape cantilloni kohta üllatavalt kõrge, kollased ploomid ja küpsed õunad, super keha. Väga mitmekülgne, tihe, heas tasakaalus. Super.

Personal import from Etre Gourmet Belgium. Incredible balance. Subtle funk. Very dry. Has an interesting citrus note followed by subtle sherbet. Glorious

It's not dry, then it is called Brut? Balanced sweetness. Apple and not flat.

4.45. Peachy, mellow, stone fruity. Kinda pungent on throat. Not very dry.

BXL 2021 bottle. Well aged old lambic. Different than Grand Cru Bruocsella as this has really nice fine, creamy carbonation. Oak, citrus, green apple, and pretty well balanced acidity. Really good.

Fruitée (pommes), légèrement acide, peu de carbo évidemment, funk modéré, un peu underwhelming.

Schone oude lambiek hergist op fles. Redelijk milde basis, waardoor de diepe, leerachtige funk mooi op de voorgrond komt, licht citrus-zuurtje

Wow. Echt super. 4 jaar oude lambiek gebackblend met jonge lambiek. Enorm veel houttoetsen, mooi gebalanceerd zuur, lekker bittertje.
