Had this after the Ries Tilq, wow. This shit was pillowy soft, zesty horse blankety goodness. Perfect iteration of a gueze. Wish I had 69 more bottles.

I think this is it. Light, dry, musty and dusty with a lingering dry finish. Oaky and tannic, a little astringent, lemony, quite nice.

Grapefruit, lemon, green apple, white grape, apricot, zest, hay, funk and musty oak with a slight acidic finish. Medium bodied with good complexity. Lovely balance between the fruit, barnyard and light acid. Excellent gueuze as always

At Stafford Woods yesterday. Was hoping this batch needed time since I picked up a case online a few years ago, but it’s still the same. Doesn’t taste like Cantillon Gueuze, but no off notes. Global warming is a bitch

Bottled 21.10.2019. Next to no carbonation, no head. Seems to age like a Loerik. To retry 6 years.

Tragic. Corky / vinegar bottle… haven’t had a Cantilion like this in a long time - but I knew there was a problem the minute I pulled the cork. Swollen & nearly no gas - I wish it had gone Brett instead of this infection…
