Much better than previous vintages

Such an underrated one. Classy unblended and non-fruited lambic. Elegant, sour, barnyard, funk and slight lactic note. Loads of grapefruity taste on finish. Longlasting. Delicious everyday lambic. 4.40

Not as good as I remember 2018 being but still much more enjoyable than regular GCB. Little extra carb adds some needed complexity. Probably my favorite non fruited option from Cantillon.

The carbonation works so great with this beer. Nice & funky, with a little pop. One of my favorites on the board at Cantillon. Last day at Cantillon.

25cl, bottle. My favorite of today's session. Amazingly good!

Really funk, briney and tangy. Caramel notes from the oak. Good, thick mouthfeel. Lots going on. Complex and delicious beer.

Not very carbonated despite the "brut." Still just some great old gueuze either way. Just don't think this is better than most 3 Fonteinen or Tilquin gueuze.

Peaches, anise, tabbaco, herbal notes, nice peachy sweetness

Very little pop on the cork but has a nice soft little carb. Round and moderately dry. Beautiful full flavored barnyard funk with lots of sweet candied lemon.

Stupid good. Glad they didn’t carb too strongly.

Whoa. Dry musty basement funk. Huge oak, hay, lemon peel. Everything intense and just awesome.
