One of my latest bear's house crappy growlers. This time worked just a bit better, carbonation is good enough and it has lost just a bit, I think the beer itself is too young, with some green flavors and something not so good. A shame since I love aunis

Én ilyen korán még nem kezdtem inni (pláne egy előző este után), de baszunk rája. Ami a sört illeti, nekem picit édes és alulkarbonált. Remélem nem dobnak ki 😆

Aroma a vino, uva. Fácil de beber, aunque no tan espectacular como otras Cantillon.

Bottled 3 Nov 2020. Light, rose, floral. Dry, minimal tannins. After a while, a bit salami taste. Or rather boar saucisson. It is good but not as fruity as Saint Lamvinus for example.

Złożony zapach - winogronowo-mleczne, mocno owocowe, subtelnie derkowo-dzikie. W smaku kwaśność na poziomie średnim, powtarzają się rzeczy z aromatu, musujące wysycenie. Octu prawie brak, za to plus. Smaczne.

4.1 C’est pas mauvais du tout mais vraiment pas assez de corps pour moi, c’est trop aqueux. Le nez est de plus en plus joli par contre : floral et sur le poivre, et vraiment beau funk au nez en avançant. À voir comment ça évolue mais pas de grosse claque.

Zawodzi mnie ten dałnis. Wciąż, to jest świetne piwo, ale takie jakieś wybrakowane, nic tu się nie wybija, głębia też nie jest jakaś bardzo szczególna. Nie wiem czy podstawki z canti mi mocniej nie siedzą.
