St. Lam ON TAP?! 🤯 Dry and a bit thin. The wine to geuze balance is wonderful. LOVE this bar so much. Great people!

Pleasant mouthfeel, carbonation perfect. Oak barrels, young funk, musty grapes, multiberries burst, tart sparks, dryness progresses. Backlog.

Enorm juicy en fruitig. Koolzuurarm. Veel rood fruit vol in de bakkes. Licht vineus, in elk geval hout. Ook best droog. En dat na een juicy mondgevoel. Funky spul.

4.3. Heel voortreffelijk! Druif zit er dikker in dan voorbije jaargangen, meer tannines. Nog wat scherpe kantjes door de jonge leeftijd maar anders super lekker. Weekend is goed ingezet!

Nog jong, maar nu al goed en vol van smaak. Rond zuur, licht zoet en veel meer druifforward dan de vorige jaargangen. Eentje met veel bewaarpotentieel

Great viscosity, a bit more carbonation and sweetness than previous batches, missing a bit of funk and sourness but it’ll come with some age.
