The sweetest and least acidic/sour Cantillon beer I've ever drunk! The aroma is that of a Lambrusco, actually they use Merlot grapes. My first time at Diorama!

Bordel mais que c’est acide. Les molaires font la ola au fond du râtelier. C’est sec, bretté et vineux.

Third time having this 11-23-21 bottling. Not a fan, and it’s getting progressively worse. Very herbal with some bell pepper, rhubarb, red currant, red berries, dirty grapes, brett, and funk. I miss old Saint lam.
