LCI, eerste echte topper van de dag ! Heerlijk complex en vol in aroma en smaak met vooral een heerlijke florale toets, witte druiven, funk, licht zuurtje en zoetje met lange, licht droge en aardse afdronk. Zeer mooie balans ook !

Really enjoying this beer, especially in a less disruptive / chaotic setting. Delicate and easy, lightly fruity, maybe lacking that next gear that Plaisir has but this still boasts lovely, casual drinkability.

Vraiment excellent. Raisin qui ressort bien, tout en gardant un côté fermier du lambic. Acidité modérée qui ne va que s’adoucir avec le temps. À réessayer dans quelques années !

Delicious. Initially seemed quite simple, but the nose developed complexities as it warmed a bit. Moderately tart, golden wild taste with grape skin notes. Yeasty bite at the end. Not much of the typical lambic oak, but some incredible wine aromas.
