Can really taste the amphora in this. Super super mineral geuze forward, light on the grapes. Slightly acidic. Would be interested to see what this turns into given a few years

If I could only rate this a 6/5. The wine was aggressive on the yeast and grape skin, but it the lambic mellowed out the grape pommace to perfection.

2024.04.20. Bottle on 3 Dec 2020. Soft acidity with the flavors of grapes and apple. The overall character of this beer was caramel and apple. Were those the result of the amphorae aging..? Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Buttery… but why…?

De verwachtingen lagen toch wat hoger . Heel speciaal , moeilijk te plaatsen smaak . Combinatie tussen nectarines en druifjes

Zwanze 2021! Rent, skärt fruktsött från gröna, saftiga druvor. Drag åt honungsmelon och ett semitorrt avslut. Mer frukt och sötma än övriga.

Takie dość grzeczne, subtelne, za prosty cham jestem na te lambiczki. W pierwszym nosie coś ciekawego, nietypowego się kręciło ale znikło. Jak Racine ma potencjał octowy. 3,8
