Tons of funk and faint Bleu cheese notes. Grassy on the finish with some crisp minerality .

Ouff bouchon qui coule, grosse odeur de vinaigre degeulasse. On débouche, ça sens le gros fruits. On goute, rhubarbe et funk c’est excellent!

Les saveurs de rhubarbe sont tout simplement superbes. C’est accompagné par de fines bulles et une fine acidité. Beaucoup de funk. Délicieux breuvage.

The taste is quite nice, rhubarb doesn't take on too bitter of a dimension, the acidity is in my wheelhouse, the sourness isn't overstated. There is a light brett like additional kind of fruit feel influence despite this being only rhubarb as I understand

Degust 100% Cantillon #7. Surprise de la soirée. J’ai jamais accroché en fou sur Nath, mais vraiment sublime, balancée, bon dans yeule, une pinte plz

Soirée 100% Cantillon 7/11. Beau funk la dedans, rhubarbe verte surette, bouchon liege émiété dans bouteille qui rend ça un peu moins le fun 😅
