Another level at all. Aroma with a balsamic driven soul of mint, sage, marjoram. Follow in mouth so much with citric beautiful freshness & balsamic force. Almost perfect

Bottled Jan 21. Fresh aroma of citrus and apple. Spritzy and sour. Red apple, white grape, some sweet orange? Some lovely oak and tannin on the finish, which is dry and refreshing. Had this one awhile, really pleased with it!

Not too funky. Not too tart. Some fermenty orange marmalade, with mild weed funk. One of the more approachable loons I’ve had.

First lambic of vacation week. Not the last. Tangy, briney Brussels funk and more melony dry hop flavors than I usually get from this beer. Never had this vintage though so maybe this was a good year.

27 December 2021. Bright with a lot of zesty hop bite and bitterness, and dryness. Lighter medium body, good carbonation, funky with leathery cobwebs, nice complexity.

Etwas herber, Erdinger, saurer als das 2022er. Auch sehr lecker.

Deutlich zitrusiger als das 2023, weniger restsüße, erdiger, nicht ganz so rund. Feiner Tropfen!

Bon funk un peu terreux, citronnée, agrumes, légèrement tart, pointe d'amertume en finale, sèche, c'est excellent!
