Neues Cantillon kommt immer gut 😊 Hier gehopft mit Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Merkt man sofort im Aroma. Neben den rustikalen und tarten Lambicnoten richtig frische Hopfennoten. Frisch gemähtes Gras und Brombeerblätter. Floral. Frisch und soft auf der Zunge

Cantillon Lambic fresh from the source?! Mit Hallertauer Mittelfrüh kaltgehopft. Wirkt schön leuchtend bernsteinern. Man riecht den Hopfen richtig schön heraus. Floral und würzig. Dazu ein sanfter Funk. Salute! Schmeckt ein wenig saurer als es riecht.

LCI. Earthy, acidic, bright, tangy and funky. Almost flat, which makes the acidity seem too high. Nice overall.

Møje bedre enn eg hadde håpt. Einasta fersk-humla surølå eg har smagt som va god. Mååå stå i kjøleskab mellom glasså. (14 January 2021.)
