Liking this a touch more than the 2018 I had in Belgium. Crazy amount of minerality, hints of zest and sap

Celebration beer for stupidly deciding to run an impromptu full marathon this morning.

yesterday. I really like drink here in the sunny afternoon.

Sehr sehr herb... Ansonsten klasse

So so drinkable, dry and bitter but just keeps me coming back for more. Wow. Loving it.

Fresh, bitter and incredibly drinkable. Bit on the lively side for now, looking forward to seeing how my other bottle is doing in a couple years time.

Totally underrated bottle. The noble hops bring a spicy bitterness and floral character to the cantillon lambic. Plenty of cereal and mineral notes. Soft mouthfeel and light carbonation. Delicious.

The best farmhouse lambic. A lambic juice with everything you wish. Such a great beer.

Sage, horse and green hop aroma. Really cool balance of acidic hop, lemon and green hop bitterness. Mellow lemon follows, into tart lemon and minimal funk to finish. Brilliant mix of fresh hop and old lambic

Geruch: Pfirsich, Geschmack: Walnuss, Apfel, frische Mandel - Zitronengras, Frühlingszwiebel im Abgang- sehr stimmig

So fruity and Hoppy in the nose, with earthy, cellar and cheesy aroma. Quite citrus, slightly peachy, oaky and lovely dusty end. Moderate to High level of sourness for a lambic. Its a perf bottle.

So long 2020. Here’s to more check-ins, beer festivals and taproom visits next year 🥳🤞

15 Feb bottle. Haven’t had CSG in a while, and this is great. Not far off from eg De Garde dry hopped sours on the nose but in the palate clearly Cantillon—the young lambic and hops together remind me of being at the brewery.

Bottled Nov 2019. Funky nose, bitter pink grapefruit, slight floral, lemon and honey notes, mild bitter end from the hops, which have now faded a bit. Still a good 'un. Happy birthday to me 🎁

Enorm stallig, funky in aroma.

High end of medium level of sourness. Sharp & tangy flavours of lemon & green apple. Oaky, lightly bitter and dry on the finish.
