Solid. Not getting much grape but the funk was there 👍🏼

Gorgeous. Smooth, buttery, vinous. Could drink a bottle of this without hesitation.

This was so mellow and subtle. I wish I could drink this bottle again alone one day so that it’s not outshined by other beers. It was really nice and well balanced

Sour and lots of funk. Wood in the body, especially some oak. Love the vinous flavor profile of the menu grapes

Tart citrus, slight cheese funk follows, big vinous/sour grape hit, finishes citrus tart. Oak notes throughout

Needed a little time for reductive / sulfury notes to blow off, but pretty delicious once it opened up.

Quite well balanced, not as fruity as Sophia Lambic but funkier, lingering sweetness, might need a few years to come through and show it’s full potential

One of the best grape lambics we had on tap the whole weekend.

15 avril. La Fruitière. Ma première Menu Pineau ne m’avait pas impressionné tant, mais j’en ai bu quelques unes ici et je l’aime de plus en plus. Douce, mais le lambic balance tout et ça fait qu’on n’est pas tanné après un verre.

Possibly one of the very best grapes that lambic can be blended with. Simultaneously dry and juicy. A precursor to our 09 bottle.

Vibrant and vivid. So consistent. Highly carbonated and full of vinous flavors. Mouthfeel is so elegant. Apples, minerality, leather, funk, floral. 4.60
