LCI! Gros abricots juteux, avec une bonne pointe d'acidité saisissante, mais pas dans l'excès! Léger funk sauvage qui accompagne le tout! J'ai adoré frais, mais Nath reste ma préférée des saisonnières!

Il giusto equilibrio tra frutta e funky: l’imbocco è connotato da forti sentori di albicocca con un retrogusto tipico del Lambic. Nonostante l’ossigenazione i bicchieri seguono con sentori dolci del frutto senza lasciare troppo spazio all’astringenza.

Surprisingly approachable for a Cantillon. Hard to pick out any flavor notes other than "apricot lambic", but it's balanced so precisely.

Beautiful stone fruit aroma. Peach rings. Some calamansi/orange as it warms.

Still feel the same way. Minerally and kind of too acidic for my taste. Wish there was more in-your-face apricot, but I think that's only if you try this very fresh.
