Bonito color frambuesa y espuma blanca de persistencia media. Aromas afrutados y notas de envejecimiento. En boca acidez excelente, , buen cuerpo y mucha fruta roja.

Met camerise dus. Ofte honeysuckle berry ofte de bessen van de eetbare kamperfoelie. Vol antioxidanten. Ga dus nog niet meteen roesten ondanks m'n 'gezegende leeftijd'. Heeft iets kruidig, verder het heerlijke zachtzure en droge van de Cantillon lambiek.

Great subtle berry and cantillon aroma.Tastewise lots more berries. I could imagine a flowery honey taste to it, like kanerva aroma? Feels slightly sweeter than usual for cantillon. Interesting stuff.

Fruit profile somewhere between blueberry, black cherry and raspberry, initially very sweet but it mellows nicely into Cantillon funk and lingering tart finish

Nice blueberry flavour, blackcurrant a bit. Quite juicy, bit sweetish, not much funk.
