Acidic and tart on the nose but mild funk on the tongue- Friday 6/18 - thanks David H.

Divine experience under the holy tree of the Fruity. Peppery. Funky. Raisins. Acidic. Thick body.

Juicy, vinous, mild wine vinegar, hints of roasted garlic. Balanced and really tasty.

Small is incredible: grape, funk. Slightly sweeter juicer profile. Mild. Fruity. Grape. Great!

Good not great. Lacking funk and depth I get from a regular old StLam. Still good but wanting more.

First off, I LOVE the label artwork! This is really balanced and subtle in the final acidity, maybe from the grapes?. Either or, I really dig this and it’s very enjoyable!!! Thanks for the share Jeff J.

Catching up. From the Bottle Conditioned world premiere. Fantastic film, y’all. Jean’s work on wine and Gueuze hybrids pays off huge dividends here. Delicious

Slightly corked, but the intensity is still there. Perhaps the storage conditions or bottling affected this guy a little. But inception!

You're Fragile

Wine forward without being overly tannic, fruity funk, light earthy spice, drier lemon peel on finish. Nice

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. It is unfortunate that the producer involved in this blend did some sketchy things in paying their farmers less than they should have. So this beer will never be made again. It’s tasting fantastic though 🤷‍♂️
