Good not great. Lacking funk and depth I get from a regular old StLam. Still good but wanting more.

First off, I LOVE the label artwork! This is really balanced and subtle in the final acidity, maybe from the grapes?. Either or, I really dig this and it’s very enjoyable!!! Thanks for the share Jeff J.

Tons of grape flavor and red wine tannins. Very mild acidty for a lambic and insanely balanced. Loved this

This is ridiculous. I’m confused by it, but also really really enjoy it.

Tannic but not dry, kriek-like fruitiness, vinous, excellent!

Een van de betere wijnlambieken van Cantillon de laatste tijd, maar ook deze mist net wat body. Volrond en romig hoop je op, helaas blijft het bij vineus en vluchtig

Similar notes to the last bottle, but it’s more thin, and we are getting a touch of copper on the nose. Flavor is reminiscent of Saint Lam, but not as impressive or layered.

Catching up. From the Bottle Conditioned world premiere. Fantastic film, y’all. Jean’s work on wine and Gueuze hybrids pays off huge dividends here. Delicious

Prettiest lambic label in the game. Oh yeah, beer is pretty banger as well.

Slightly corked, but the intensity is still there. Perhaps the storage conditions or bottling affected this guy a little. But inception!

It doesn’t stuck me in the middle of a dream like the previous bottles had of this. Maybe some corky and off flavors with too much tannic. Anyway, hey, it’s the Divin. 4.30

Wine forward without being overly tannic, fruity funk, light earthy spice, drier lemon peel on finish. Nice

Extraordinary. All the good things from grapes grown in the southern areas. Powerful sour cherries, funk berries, vigorous mouthfeel and tannins on finish. Reminds me the strength and aroma of Aglianico wine. Vibrant, fizzy, absolutely not boring. 4.70

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. It is unfortunate that the producer involved in this blend did some sketchy things in paying their farmers less than they should have. So this beer will never be made again. It’s tasting fantastic though 🤷♂️

Deep grape aroma, blueberries, blackberries, excellent transition and very smooth.

Beer #3 in last night’s Pre Hill Day share. 6.5% blend of 1 & 2 year lambic, Grenache Noir grapes.

생각보다 떫은 느낌, 브렛의 느낌이 딱이고, 젠틀하게 잘 떨어짐. 약간 스파이시함도 살짝 있음 전체적으로 아주 잘 익은 것 같음ㅋ

Complex, light fruit. Big horse blanket finish that fades into the grapes. 4.6
