Очень много деревянного вкуса бочки. Горчинка от этого появляется слегка травянистая. Кислинка как от ягоды какой-то лесной) Мне с жары холодненькое ох как зашло и освежило:)

Siempre es bonito recordar y abrir lo más clásico de Cantillon, más en el Zwanze day. Gueuze de manual muy balanceada y equilibrada.

Simple, yet tasty. Too bad the cork disintegrated a bit despite horizontal storage.

Sour funk nose. Lively carb. Slightly acetic but not overly sour. Delicate funk and wood. Little one dimensional, slightly too full. Looking fwd to reading this after my next one in a year or two.

Ehh, never loved Classic Geuzue outside of the Belgian flag year, and this is no different. Water profile is good, but there really isn't anything else redeeming about it.
