Nice, but for me it was still a bit too young. The wine and lambic flavors were still separated and clashed a bit. Should be amazing once the flavors blend into each other a bit more with a bit of extra time though.

20 avril St Gilles. 20h45 y fait clair de même et on est bien dehors 😍. Première fois au Original. Je me tanne vite de la grenache blanc en fût.

Big juicy white wine, strong funk, a bit plasticy at first but I didn’t taste it as much after first or second sip.

Quite juicy, bit of residual sweetness at end I could do without, nice woody funk tang, scooped/feel human again.

There isn’t an Untappd serving style for “poured out of a jug the barman pulled out of the fridge” but maybe there should be! Beautifully winey and light, hint of crisp apple.

More my style, the acidity is mellow, white grape flavours are intense and at first thought this beer comes across as a wine hybrid. These beers pair so well with rich fatty foods and cheeses. I wish we embraced them more in the restaurant trade
