More my style, the acidity is mellow, white grape flavours are intense and at first thought this beer comes across as a wine hybrid. These beers pair so well with rich fatty foods and cheeses. I wish we embraced them more in the restaurant trade

LCI. Na al het vorig (fruitig) geweld is deze opvallend zachter, maar daarom zeker niet minder ! Subtiel maar complex met vooral vlierbloesem en wat kruidigheid, heel licht zuurtje en ook licht appel (heeft zelfs iets weg van een droge cider)

Will improve imho, a little young right now I think, so very flashy and juicy but maybe a bit generic. Still very good mostly on juicy white grape juice, Cider apples and a little funk, almonds, ... time will give it balance for sure. To revisit.
