C’était le fun de faire le comparatif avec la 3F 2016. C’est fou la différence. La première gorgée de Cantillon était tellement plus frais/floral. En se réchauffant le funk ressort et un mini cheese aussi. Bien aimé même si ne se compare zéro à 3F imo.

Cantillon funk, unripe apricot, soft wood, citrus, soft grape vinegar, subtle raw almonds. Great stuff, this beer aged beautifully. Really smooth for a lambic.

Had some great news today! My old man is clean! (cancer free). Popping an older one.. Funky! Can have way more age on it.. Oh and yeah my ankle is doing fine too 😊

Bottled 10/22/15 - last had this Oct '18. All the lemony/citrus tart is gone, but musty, earthy funk has stepped up fabulously. Apple note on the nose is a new thing for me from a Cantillon. My bring, courtesy of Mitch Reed.

NotGT backlog. Not nearly as sharp as da Bokke. More gently sweet b4 classic barnyard cheesy funk n lmn juice acidity roll out. Da 2015 vintage aged 8ish years added some must. OG Guezer always a treat.
