Creamy wood, soft funk, load of vanilla, custard, rum/cognac, vinous, lightly acetic, citrus. Damn good, will age really well!

Great return since the last 50°N I tried was the awful batch #6 2020. Diversity and complexity from the triple barrel assault, where the sweet aspects from especially cognac and marsala emerge. Splendid balance of sour, sweet, funk and barrels.

2024 and a bottle share with the best mate David B. This is a lovely spritzy grape and funky lambic. Been a fun new years at the golden tap. Friendly crowd and relaxing chilled time.
