Clear golden, small white head. Vinous, grapes, juicy, just incredible walnuts. Medium sourness, very smooth.

Side by side with 2020. This one edges out the 2020 for me. Richer and fuller in both smell and taste. Hazel- and walnuts and semi-sweet. Oily texture. Very special and awesome lambic.

Gvd, 6 years old wine barrel, they get 3 wine barrels a year. Before covid they don't put it on the menu, only for special events, thx covid. Fish, salt, oil like olives

This is incredible. From winemaker, similar to beer, 6 years in barrels, pellicle, barrels evaporate over the years, Cantillon gets 2 of these barrels per year, very limited, before Covid this wasn't publicly available, only available to bring people in

Finally I get to try one of my big ISO. Very nice notes of grapes, light note of green apple and a very pleasant acidity. I love it ♥️. Thanks ttt 🙏🏻

Reliability informed that is not vin Jaune that is the 2nd use of the barrel. This one is the first use and la vie est belge.

Bière d'exception. Légèrement trop acide pour moi . Le nez était tout simplement à se jeter par terre. Belle surprise quant aux saveurs de vin jaune, j'ai bien aimé !

I've been chasing this whale since our previous trip in Brussels late March. Wasn't available last Friday either, but today we got lucky... And boy what a magnificent beer this was.. constantly changing in the glass. Amazing barrel, curry, funk. ⬆️4.85

Tout simplement celle que j’ai préféré de cette dégustation Into the Wine. Étant fan de vin jaune cette dégustation side by side avec le vin est juste incroyable et avec le Comté par dessus ça devient légendaire! 💛🧀🇧🇪🍻
