Maybe my least favorite fresh fou. Apricots are subtle and funk is missing. If this was blind I may not even know it was cantillon let alone a geuze.

Monks event. Sharp as is tradition, but not burning like most recent vintages.

Dry, a little cheddary from the apricot + funk, very balanced. Nothing crazy but good.

Maybe too fresh??

Maybe a little tarter and less fruit forward than some other vintages.

Sherberty smell. Taste is sharp, but also sweet. It’s very drinkable. But it is also very dry and sherberty. I feel like I’ve had better apricot sours/wild ales. Shoot me 😱

Ik ben geen fan van de Lambic maar toch wel blij dat ik deze geproefd hen.

Ah, the classics. Not my favorite lambic though, a bit on the too sour side.

S: unique citrus mixed into a marshmallow. Sour and tart. Not my style but i could see why some people may like it.

Matko bosko, te morelki sa fantastyczne, jak wroce, to opierdole cantillonowy dzemik z tych morelek, tak sie zegnamy z Belgia! 4,4, s: no tu troche lipa, bo mocno morelowe, i fajne, ale kompotowe, metaliczne i funky pazurka malo, niemniej 4,2 overall.

Very nice. I get a slight goats cheese taste up front - in a good way!

Abricot très prononcé au nez mais moins en bouche. Manque peut-être de maturation ? Lambic dans l'ensemble très bon !

Loads of apricot with a bit of acidity and a delicate funk lurking in the background. Fresh and very fruity.
