4.35 very sour. I think I have palate fatigue at this point so maybe not the best judge of taste. Glad to have this at Moeder Lambic so I can save my 2017 bottle at home a while longer

Bierkoning Cantillon Tasting - Fruit is nog heel vers maar wat verder naar de achtergrond. Vind hem ontzettend zuur, beetje chloorachtig. Komt iets moutigs door als je goed ruikt.

Tart, just a bit acidic. Peach skin, hella funk, blue cheese. Basically what you expect from this style and fruit combo

Super dry, real tart, light apricot but pleasantly fruity. Lots of carb still.

Peachy, apricoty aroma. Earty, grassy, citrussy, peachy, apricoty taste. Citrussy notes are dominating. Reminds Saint Gilloise. Acidity is medium +, but it is not influencing the balance of the brew.

Fou foune de 2016 incroyable de goûter à la pression mais elle a un peu perdu son côté abricot. Belle experience en tout cas ☺️

W aromacie płaskawy, chociaż trochę wymioty wjeżdżają. W smaku więcej się dzieje - morela, pestka, ale sporo akumulatora też, ostrawy.

Me-ga stoffig, oude zolder, oxidatie, oude boeken, leer. We proeven de '21 er naast. De veroudering is zeer goed waarneembaar. Noice.

Lci. A 2022 flaske mot B 2022 crowler mot C 2017 flaske. A er klart nest fruktig, best balanse og som ferske steinfrukt. B har noe mer syrlighet og et slags slør av syrlighet over seg. C begynner å bli vesentlig tammere. Uten styrket kompleksitet.
