Honestly not my favorite Cantillon but I think it'd age well. Sweet and fruity, a bit thin.

Fruit forward for the this sour. Lovely berry taste with that great lambic tartness

More fruit forward and less dry than previous batches. Grape notes are toned down. Red currant with subtle notes of blueberry, earthy. Quite acidic, vibrant and sweet.

Tart & fruity, has a nice berry skin note to it, very well balanced with a faint bite, fantastic!

Nez: fruité, camerise, fruit rouge compoté; bouche: attaque acide fruité sur la camerise puis un côté cassis sec avec une légère astringence. Final fruité cassis sec

Excellent brew, never had a beer with haskap but super well balanced and not too acidic, and I didn’t have to go to Europe for it!!

Super wild yeast aroma. Funky, tart, and wild smell. Lots of blueberry-adjacent aromas, I assume due to haskap. Lightly carbonated; floral and sweet immediately, followed by a slightly bitter, funky tartness. Similar to less sour, wild blueberry lambics.
