Lots of different grapes, like wine which hasn’t entirely finished fermentation. Perhaps if bisulfite was added. Tart, acidic, would age lovely.

Happy Anniversary ksenia k. ! The beer is not carbonated. Lots of wood, sone nice sourness and funk. Bitter notes. Complex and layered. A bit sweeter with yeast added.

Lots of funk and brett with big bitter orange aroma. Nose is super nice. Flavor: at first very acidic, sour, bitter, with soapy kind of citrus flavors. when you let it warm up, the bitterness goes away. Nice tingling sour flavor.
