Well, it was certainly interesting. Very unlike any other Cantillon I've ever had. Ultimately, judging it purely on its individual merits, I found it enjoyable. Very briny, a bit salty, lemony, iodine, and "fresh-from-the-sea" tastiness. 4.25

Stoked to score one of the last pours. I love super briney flavours in food, so perhaps unsurprisingly I’m not hating this. Full on brine for sure, but surprised how much the apricot comes through.

Beach visits frolicking amongst the sand and kelp, ocean mist and cold air. Delivers on its intention I think.

Lots of iodine and minerality. Oysters on a salad bowl. Lemony. Tropical fruits. Weird but enjoyable.

Soy el raro, me gusta. El olor es salino con un toque de lima. Me huele agria, como las llaves de golosina. En boca, si tiene un toque salino, con un leve amargor, que se multiplica al final del paladar

Initial aroma was repellent. They said iodine and yet I didn't expect it this high in the mix. Yet through immersion I'm increasingly digging it. There's an awful lot of the sea in here - but hey, we were warned. Lemony citrus hints; low carb. Salty.

Aromat bardzo owocowy. W smaku to już zupełnie inne piwo 😉 Delikatnie dzikie i kwaśne, mineralne, winne, lekko słone, wyraźną goryczką. Nietypowo lambik, ale chyba o to chodziło. Bardzo dobre, ale nie sztos 😉

Ottima come sempre la base cantillon. Naso non pulito con molto minerale. In bocca punta di amarognolo con un sapido che estende molto sul finale rimanendo lungo sul palato e retrolfattivo. Qualcosa che ovviamente ricorda le hoyster stout...

Big pour in Rome at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fa. Strange funky nose, some saltiness in there as well. Taste has some salt as well combined with geuze sourness and an umami funk. Pleasant beer, unbalanced, but opens up really well over the course of an hour.
