Soy el raro, me gusta. El olor es salino con un toque de lima. Me huele agria, como las llaves de golosina. En boca, si tiene un toque salino, con un leve amargor, que se multiplica al final del paladar

nose is a little off putting. lactic mustard, weird funk. Not enough seaweed or oceanic minerality. Some stone fruit, but also a fair bit of VA. We weren’t into this for the most part

Lots of iodine and minerality. Oysters on a salad bowl. Lemony. Tropical fruits. Weird but enjoyable.

This was totally not what I expected from an algae/seaweed beer. Instead of intense brine I got tons of tropical fruit mixed in with some herbal qualities. Papaya salad vibes, ultra creamy from tap and quite thick in comparison to normal geuze.

Probably one of the most unique beers ever. Having it here at the mothership. Tastes much like a funky weedy salty oyester. Banana, iodine, amyl acetate. Volatile aroma like a spirit. Bright golden, frothy with suspended particles.

Well this one divided opinion! Sea lettuce infused lambic is very strange tasting, not so much saline but funky fermented apples, it’s hard to describe, you’ll just have to seek it out

Subtle Korea & Japan's seaweed crack aroma. Light bodied & oily flavor with Cantillon funk. Truly authentic eastern essence. Underestimated than global rating.
