Slightly oxidized. Minimal carb. No noticeable cognac. Low-medium acidity. Moderate funk.

Not bad by any means but nothing like batch 1. Original owner, only moved from original cellar 1 week prior to opening. This was quite subdued, not a lot of cognac and not a lot of anything else going on.

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. With this beer it is always the subtlety. The palate must be refined to enjoy as it remains light, but the barrel character is there. (unlabeled bottle)

Outstanding. Aging didn’t scratch any of the basis elegance. Barrel is more subtle but the bottle is excellent. 4.70

Tynnyrin tuoksua. Cantillonin tuttua katkeroa, mutta pehmentynyt reippaasti. Konjakista en löydä muuta kuin ehkä hedelmäisen komponentin maussa. Pehmentynyt kaikin puolin. Hienovarainen.

Bien meilleur qu’à mon 1er essai, c’est boisé, complexe, un peu funky avec une belle rondeur, flat. Pairing avec Wagyu / WOW !!
