Goûtée de nombreuses bouteilles différentes, définitivement ma Cantillon préférée (pour le moment) avec la Vie est Belge. Sublime, complexe, avec des notes oxydatives, incroyable.

Light, vinous, super smooth. Green grapes, citrus, some gentle funk, no acidity really. Lambic gateway drug. Excellent.

Almost wine like, low carb, blend of grape and beer as delicately as can be done. Wonderful

Earthy, herbal, curious caper/green olives, and tannins. Beautiful grape notes with no acidity. Some stone fruits blend with the grape notes. White wine like. Has a bit of a champagne feel without being highly carbonated. Feel lucky and thankful for this

Mega krągłe, gładkie, winogoronowe, dużo drewna, dzikość taka skromna, gdzieś tam nutki się pojawiają od czasu do czasu. Przecudowne piwo, chyba najlepszy lambic bez kategorii jakiego w życiu piłem.
