Draft. Very complex Brett character. Earthy, horse blanket, very mild/low tartness, ample vinous grape notes. Honestly a bit more acid would help this; right on that edge. 91

Jeg bliver sgu ved med at prøve kræfter med de Lambic der. Det her smager på alle måder som en ægte lambic, så ægte at Karl d. 5. i sit sande selv vil lykkes i at kysse numselademaden af en charmerende servitrice. Alt er på sin plads og det imponerer

I broke the bank again for some high-rated Cantillon! Very wine-ish: merlot, grenache noir and syrah grapes included! No carbonation, very interesting stuff 🍇🍷

2022 vintage - Fruitforward AF. Really heavy on the red berry notes. Seems so fresh, and yet has depth from the combination of grapes added. Very very nice

One of the best wine-heavy wild ales, not sure what makes the difference between a lambic and a wild ale but this is an awesome balance. Tart for sure, with just a minor acidity to it that builds over time. Probably the best wine focused wild ale I’ve had
