It's raining sure lies... and it's just raining. Saurkraut. Acidic. Pepper and spicy grape pomace and peel funk. Very mineral and earth. Sourish. Vinegar.

Have to admit that I expected much more. It is like the sur lie experiment subtracts some elegance from the same batch and adds sourness and smth not too balanced. Some clay flavors like amphora came out as long as it gets warmer. Same as B1 but less good

Fruity, vinous, sauerkraut, quite acidic, mineraly, some sulphur. Huge aging potential, but very nice allready. My cup of Cantillon

God bless the lambics with blends of white grapes. Grape must and fruitness. Beautiful funk. Grape must, spices, lots of vinous notes. Huge potential, huge complexity already now. Beautiful brew. Beautiful blend.

Loads of kiwi on the nose crazy! Also tart Cider apples, then wine grapes. Tart with a long white grape tannic finish really good.

Love it. Grassy and grapy aroma. Lots of fruitness. Citrussy undertones with grapy funk. Grassy undertones and slight hints of lemongrass. Great blend of whites.

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. One of the more anticipated photos from the session. Unlike the previous session, I very much enjoyed this bottle. The lees provided the subtlety it needed. I enjoyed it much more than the the blend that was decided upon

4.40. The same blend as Racine 2020. This is using sur lie method. Quite similar but less expressive than the normal version, less juicy, less aroma, more murky, more mineral/clay-ish flavours. Less balanced than the normal version.
